Could be, or you could just have high hormone levels. My levels were similar to yours, and I'm only carrying one baby. I've heard different things, some say higher hormone levels mean the baby is a girl (coincidentally, my LO happens to be a girl), some say it's an indication of twins. Some say it's just the mother's body chemistry.

Your first ultrasound will reveal how many babies you have. In any case, the rising hormone levels are a good indicator that everything is going well in your pregnancy. Congratulations :)
