Question

Can nausea/vomiting be a sign my miscarriage is starting? (Already diagnosed with miscarriage)

I was just diagnosed with a missed miscarriage on Friday (it's Sunday). I was 7w5d. My D&E procedure is tomorrow. Since Thursday evening I've had some cramping and then today, my mild morning sickness got a lot worse. Prior to today I just felt dizzy and a little icky if I didn't eat every few hours, but today I threw up and constantly have extra saliva... and I might need to go throw up again now that I'm thinking about it. Those of you who've experienced a miscarriage, was an uptick in symptoms a sign for you? I expect it's usually the opposite but am just curious.

I'm so sorry for your loss :( I know what you are going through, I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks in October last year, our baby only measured 7 weeks. I continued to have pregnancy symptoms until I had my d&c, maybe your sickness and extra saliva is due to the upset and knowing what you have to go through tomorrow :( I hope it all goes ok for you tomorrow. Xx
