Question

Just need some support.

Found out this morning that my husband has been cheating on me, with multiple women. I'm in the two week wait and now I don't know how to feel. I'm devastated. He doesn't know that I know yet. I feel so lost. Need to find a support group. Does anyone have any references?

I don't know any support groups, but I am here if you need me.

I would look online in your area and check the star ratings and comments of people may have made about the groups. Good luck.

that is horrible. loads of hugs. Remember to talk to one of your best friends. My friend had something similar and in our country there is no such thing as support groups. and in the end few of us girls helped her cope with it. You can go through this chapter. remember with downs comes ups.

I'm so incredibly sorry to hear that you are going through this. I went through the same thing and am now a year and a half from the day I discovered his affair. Here is a community that I found extremely helpful http://www.network54.com/Realm/HealingHeart/ where I could talk to other women going through the same thing and vent and say everything I needed to say. This site https://www.affairrecovery.com/surviving-infidelity/first-steps-bootcamp I also found very helpful. If you can, find a good counselor for yourself, that is what helped me the most. You need to confront him about what you know and deal with it head on. Healing will take a lot of time, but it is possible. It didn't happen for me because my husband did not want to heal our marriage, but I am happier now because of it. The most important thing you need to do right now is take care of yourself and remember it is NOT YOUR FAULT in anyway.
