Bbt crazy can i still be pregnant

Ok i only recently starting to take my bbt a little before o and i got the o spike n it remained high until like 8dpo now its going up n down. N up n down i feel symptoms like my bbs are sore n i have alot of indigestion n frequent urination but with my bbt the way it is should i even bother taking a test in 12dpo or should i just wait until i miss my period
