Are you doing timed intercourse, iui or ivf? I did 4 iui rounds with injectables and had between 2-6 mature follicles each time. I had a lot of success with getting mature follicles but no pregnancies as we were dealing with severe male factor issues too. We finally conceived after 6 ivf rounds.

Just finished my 11th IUI and 27th stim cycle (with Femara, FSH injections, antagon, and HCG shot). No male factor, only age related egg quality issues. Hoping you develop some perfect follicles/eggs and it will work out for you very soon.

Just make sure you start bd early enough. Sometimes one ovulates earlier when on injectables. Best of luck!

Well I had two mature follicles one more Follistim tonight and ovidrel shot tomorrow and blood test October 5. Praying for a positive.
