Is it to early to do a pregnancz test at 7dpo?

At 2dpo I had pinchin pains in my lower right abdomen now im 7dpo and have tender breasts when I touch them. Is it to early to do a pregnancy test?

I am also on the same boat. I don't want to take a pregnancy test when I know its gonna be negative. I guess it is too early. Pregnancy test are generally accurate 1-2 days before or after your period date. this is what i know from some sources. Good luck..
