I have been taking vit B6 and a vit B complex in addition to my prenatal vitamin for over a year. This came recommended by my acupuncturist. Just make sure you are not exceeding the recommended amount for B6 - in all your supplememts combined. Best wishes.

I'm taking a b complex. I started last month after I heard its supposed to increase your luteal phase. In one month of taking it my luteal phase increased from 11 to 14 days.
