I'm on Duphaston 10 mg twice a day from days 16 to 26. I usually ovulate on day 20, not this month?

My husband and I are trying to conceive for the last 4 months. I miss carried at 5 weeks in June 2015 it was natural, no procedures needed. . My cycle in July was regular, but in August, it came 9 days early a week after I ovulated. I went to see my doctor and she put me on Duphaston 10 mg twice a day from days 16 thru 26. I Usually ovulate on day 20th. I have a 34 day cycle....But on this cycle, I'm not according to clear blue opk.... Should we continue to have sex even if there is no sign of ovulation? Thanks in advance for your help.
