Pregnant or not?

So I have taken 2 pregnancy tests both of which have had a faint 2nd line I took a digital pregnancy test and it said not pregnant. I have pcos and endometriosis but this period that I had was not my norm and it has never happened before I bled for 24 hrs and then stopped. Had cramping and barely spotted for a few more days. On top of that the bleeding was a few days earlier than my normal expected cycle date. Now I have been having mood swings, a pressure/fullness in lower stomach, having to pee a lot, and nausea. What should I do?

Ur test sure looks positive to me. Give it another day or two and try a digi, they require a higher level of hormone. Make sure u have a good hold time and little to no fluids.
