16 dpo- bbt was 98.48 this a.m and EVAP shows up at 3 min mark?

Hello All! My name is Nicole. I am 28 years old, TTC # 3, and currently 16dpo. I have very long cycles, never know when I'm going to O. The only thing I can rely on is brown spotting before AF. I have just gotten my thyroid under control and have seen a huge difference in,my charts. My Temps are higher.. they went from low 96's to 97's (pre ovulation ) FF says I ovulated on cd42. I am 16dpo today and my temp was 98.48. Haven't seen any brown sporting and my Temps never reach this high. I'm pretty certain I O'ed.

I have been testing every 48 hours since 10dpo. At 4am, I had an "evap" appear at the 3 min marker. From what I read online, it's impossible for an evap to appear within the time frame.

Here are links to my chart and test. My test from 14dpo doesn't even have an evap. Do you think it's a faint BFP?
