Body Temp changes like crazy???
Hello! So I have been TTC for a year now after my 2nd miscarriage with no luck yet, but I have a question about body temp. I have been charting my body temp to see if it rises after ovulation, I ovulated yesterday and have not yet seen a increase but my temp flucuates so much I dont know what to do or how to read it. One day it will be 98.3 then a few hrs later 96.2... It goes back and fourth from 96 to 98 so much like within a few hrs... Anyone else have this problem?

I'm sorry for you losses... :-( I'm not sure whether your temp fluctuation could be a sign of some underlying issue, but for BBT charting you're supposed to take your temperature at the same time each day, preferably before you even got out of bed. Otherwise, there is no way to compare the different temperatures. Also, it might be influenced by some things, like breathing through your mouth, or lying awake in the hours before you take your temperature. I think it's quite normal for your temperature to fluctuate during the day. Good luck!!!
