Do you take folic acid or B vitamin for your MTHFR? I was put on PodiaPN when diagnosed but I have the homozygous type. Same doc put another family member on over the counter stuff bc they are only heterozygous. You definitely need the right form of folic acid before ttc!! I wasn't diagnosed til my dtr was 3 and I still cry thinking of how I could've lost her so easily!
Also I was having long cycles but much longer than yours sometimes. If you have regular cycles at the same range you should be fine. If they become irregular or longer I would check with a RE. I was diagnosed with PCOS. Good luck!
