Question

Another early MC possibly?

It was our first month TTC since we MC'd in December, I've had normal periods since then, but this period was just unbearable pain, I couldn't move and had severe cramping. I remember a nurse said to me at Christmas sometimes women miscarry so early they think it's just a normal period. I'm still in a bit of pain with small cramping and back pain and wondered if it was possible that this was the case, and if so do I continue to TTC next month?

From what ive read about a chemical pregnancy or very early miscarriage, most women do not know it's even happened unless they are charting or ttc or have tested early because. It resembles a period which may last a few days longer or have a little heavier bleeding or clots. I haven't read anywhere about severe pain with early chemical pregnancies. I've heard of pain when women who are further along miscarry such as 7 or 8 weeks though. To me it doesn't sound like this is what you have had and since it's abnormal for you I would schedule a gyn visit to make sure everything's ok and you're good to go at ttc. Maybe you've had a cyst rupture it a fibroid issue but the gyn can let you know and put you at ease more do than any comment we could give you. Best of luck!
