Am I havin implantation bleed?

Saturday early hours in the morning i had belly ache , I woke up and when I wiped there was dark brown blood.. Its still happening now (Monday) just wondered if it could be implantation bleed? As its only wen I wipe sometimes.. I'm due my period Saturday.. I've took a test today its negative :( do u reckon it's to early to show on a test or could it start of my period a week early?
