Does having symptoms you normally don't have a good sign

I'm 9dpo today and I have been experiencing a few different symptoms first of o was 8\5 bd that day with in 2 hours of feeling o pains felt it on both sides 1-4dpo pretty normal except dry cm (not normal) 4-6dpo nausea but ik it was from being sick still dry cm (still not normal) 7dpo Ifelt earlier in the a sharp pulling/tugging on left sidish then around 4pm I felt the same thing on right side. dry cm with little boogery spots wiping a few times and BBS hurting like a mofo and AF like back pain 8dpo basically the same minus the little pains 9dpo still early but back and bbs still very sore
