Normally anywhere between 9 - 14 days past ovulation will you be able to get a decent bfp on any pregnancy test other than clear blue with clear blue its best to wait until you are a few days late as they only detect 50ml/uil + hcg levels, where as brands like First Response Early Result the sensitivity is at 25ml/uil. I know the wait is excrutiatingly long but its worth waiting until your period is due to get a reliable result. hope this helps, good luck.
