I have a homeopathic MD who has monitored me for autoimmune things the last year. He recommended no cheap prenatals with those added fillers. He said so many are full of crap. Rainbow is a good brand you mentioned. I use the brand "New Chapter" that has added organic herbs, etc...

Would you say the Enfamil Expecta brand would be one of those versions you mentioned which is, "full of crap" and added fillers? I thought the Rainbow Lite brand seemed like a good choice because it was made from whole foods, was gluten free, and etc, but the pharmacist told me she's never even heard of the brand, and thinks I should stick with a brand that's been around for a while, which made sense. So, I opted for the Enfamil Expecta brand. I will check the New Chapter brand out online and see what they have to offer. I have a very sensitive stomach right now, and I took the Enfamil on a somewhat empty stomach - no reaction, no burp up or anything. And I didn't even feel nauseated. I am content with the brand if I am getting the adequate nutrition I need from them - maybe I need to do a little more research! Thanks again for your answer. Good Luck to you!

I haven't researched this info, but I read that Rainbow Lite contains GMO's, which was a turnoff for me. I've just placed an order for Best Nest Prenatal, which I far preferred to Rainbow Lite based on ingredients and what it provides. Some of the vitamins and minerals aren't as "overloaded" as other brands, but I make it a point to get a pretty well-balanced diet.
