the same thing happened to me. My breast were feeling full and tender. I guess it just went away because I'm 7w1d pregnant and my soreness showed up around 11-13dpo. I felt great until about this week when I started to get morning sickness so it's okay. The symptoms will come back eventually or maybe you'll get lucky and not have symptoms like some women. I am however not one of those lucky ones!! Good luck!
