Does anyone have solutions for soothing sore boobs and nips?

Hi Everyone
Does anyone know of any at home remedies' for soothing early pregnancy sore boobs and nips? They are driving me crazy and very tender. I am grateful to be in this situation. If anyone can offer any natural solutions I would appreciate it. Thank you!
