Any ideas on where af has disappeared? Could I be pregnant?

Hi, my lmp was 31st may. All of last year when I was not trying to conceive I had regular 31 day cycles. But in dec 2014 I missed my period and then my period returned in jan as per regular. After that I have had 4 cycles of 31 days, one of 37 days in March and one with 27 days in May, which was my last cycle. Now I am awaiting Af. I am on cycle day 44. Regarding ovulation I am not 100% sure if it happened on the 19th of June, as I ran out of sticks on cb digital. But I did feel ovulation pain on 18th June and normally I get peak fertility the day after while using cb digital. There is the possibility that I have had an anovulatory cycle. I did a pregnancy test on 8th July and it was negative. No signs of af yet or pregnancy as such. I am having a bit of acne and constipation, my breasts do feel bit fuller but not painful. The last day that we had sex was 21st June. Do u think I could be pregnant? Any ideas on what to do?
