HCG beta test said it was only 7!!!!! HELP!?
My hubby and I have been TTC for #2 for over a year now, we had 1 miscarriage at 7 weeks 2 months into trying. I found out about a week ago via FRER that I am expecting again! (4 positives) .. Yesterday (2 days after expected AF) I spotted very little light brown. With my history I went to my local ER and had blood work done. My HCG levels came back a 7!!!! Anything over 5 is technically pregnant, but I'm BARELY pregnant... Could this just be another miscarriage? Or were my dates off and I'm just VERY early in my pregnancy? ANY advice would help as I'm not sure what this means! There has been no sign of blood like with my first MC.. Maybe implantation? ... HELP!!

Could be one or the other, either a chemical pregnancy or the beginning of a healthy pregnancy. Do a couple of HCG tests and progesterone checks in a week or so when the HCG should be in a higher range. If the numbers are doubling approx every 48 hours it is considered a viable pregnancy. For right now it's too early to tell. At how many dpo did you have your blood drawn? My dr likes to see a number around 100 give and take at ~ 14 dpo. Best wishes and hoping for the best for you,

Tbh, I think it sounds more like a chemical pregnancy. If u got a positive FRER a week ago and a beta of 7, 2 days ago (so, 5 days after ur positive tests), somethings not right. Numbers dbl every 2-3 days and ur dates dont really match well with ur levels. Hopefully I'm wrong.
