Question

8 Days Late, No BFP. :(

I am now on CD 38 (8 days after my expected period) and every test I have taken is negative! We weren't actively TTC this month so I don't know when ovulation was (cause i didnt bother testing or anything). I am at a loss as to what to do now.
Today I have extreme nausea, gas, bloating, and a raging headache. My test after a 7 hour hold was negative.
Has anyone had this happen and ended up being pregnant? Should I call a doctor? If I should, should it be my Primary Physician or my OBGYN?

Help Meeee!!!

Aww how frustrating. Are your cycles regular? If your cycles are regularly 30 days long with very little deviation from that then go ahead and call, but if you're irregular at all, say some cycles are 28 days, others are 35, then hold off for a bit longer. Make sure you're using a good quality hpt and test first thing in the morning with first morning urine if you haven't been already. If you do decide to call, make an appointment with your obgyn and get a requisition for blood work. A simple blood test could put your mind at ease. Best of luck to you.
