My period cam 3-4 days early and only lasted 4.5days..curvix mucus and blood..am i pregnant???

I expected my period to come down on the 19th but instead it came on the 15th and only lasted 4.5days...the first 2 days was a steady bleed,the rest was just off and on spotting....the texture was a curvix mucus mix with blood....i took 2 pregnancy test after i didn't caught my expected period but they both came out negative....i was wondering if there is a possibility that i might be pregnant????
