Any idea when you ovulated?

I ovulated 30th of june

Then you are at 6 dpo. Implantation happens ~7-12 dpo with 6 dpo being the earliest possible. Sleepiness early on in the lp is usually caused by the rise in progesterone. Progesterone also causes an increased appetite. At this point I would say that your symptoms are not yet related to a possible pregnancy as your HCG at 6 dpo would be too low to cause true pregnancy symptoms. Test once you miss AF.
