More then one LH surge?

I had a strong positive on my opk on CD17 then another strong surge both Am and PM 3 days later. This is my first cycle using OPK's. Is this normal? What does it mean?

Hi Brendaann, yes that is normal to have multiple LH surges. I've had LH surges several days before I ovulate, day of ovulation and at times, several days after. Are you tracking your temperature to confirm ovulation?
