Pregnancy Symptoms? Am I crazy?

I'm unsure of my last cycle start and end date but it's been between 4-6 weeks since. I'm a regular, on time gal, always have been so this is uncommon for me. I have been having unprotected sex with one person prior, during (oops) and after last cycle.
For the past week, maybe week and a half I've had a lot of unusual symptoms which I realized today could mean potentially pregnant such as:
Extreme exhaustion yet insomnia
No appetite, everything sounds gross
Two headaches a week
More urination
Constipation
Hot flashes accompanied by nausea
Crying for little to no reason .

I'm trying to figure out if something else in my life has triggered these things from me but I can't think of anything whatsoever.
When do you think I should take a pregnancy test and what other factors could potentially be giving me these symptoms? What were your symptoms?
