Different or same symtoms with second pregnancy?

I am TTC my second baby, I have a little boy who is 2 and a half and although you would think it would be easier to know what to expect the second time around I am just as im the dark as my first! Did any of you find you had the same symptoms with other pregnancies or were they different? I have heard so many have said they didn't experience the stretching pains or sore breasts the second time around as it is like their bodies were already prepared? Currently 12po
