Hi, did you use fmu both times while testing? Early in your pregnancy the HCG levels might not be very high so it's best to test in the mornings when your urine is concentrated. Wait for a few days and if Af doesn't come then test again. You are only 12 dpo and so wait a while longer.

With my first pregnancy I was two days late and got a very faint positive, took another the next day which was negative - the same happened the following day. However I turned out to be pregnant and the urine sample just did not have the right amount to pick up - although I had already got a positive, just remember how much you drink and how long you hold your pee for makes a huge difference xx Good luck, keep us posted!
