temp all over the place
How will I be able to tell by temp if my temp is high and low. One day I wake up sweating and the next I'm fine. Will this be a bad thing when it comes to finding out when I have ovulated? I'm not quite sure how the temp thing works as this is my first month doing the temp thing. Anyone one got any suggestions?

I temp when I first get up. I have noticed another problem... I have water cf but my opks are testing negative. If I'm right I should ovulate Monday the 6th of July but I'm not showing any signs. No cramping like normal. No ewcf either. Which I thought I should have today. I could be wrong there. I am under a lot of stress but I'm trying to forget about what's causing the stress. Am I not going to ovulate this month? My temp is low right now but that seems to go up and down. I'm really confused. I'm starting to worry I won't get pregnant as my clock is ticking.
