Am I pregers out what???

About four days ago took hot got faint positive one hour ago I pee and go to wipe and there is a brown tinge in my cervical mucus I take another test to make sure our go to the doctor??? After that I wipe and nothing what is going on

Could implantation bleeding? I would take another test and go to your doctors just to be sure.
