7 days light bleeding 2-3 drops fluid in uterus 26 years old

Hi there! I would like to ask a question to everyone in here who ended up being pregnant after not seeing some symptoms. Im a month late for my period now and had super light bleeding a week before my period, light cramps, bloating, sore BB went to the doctor when i was a week late and they just saw a fluid collection in my uterus and had bhcg taken but less than 2.39. The scan did not show any cycst or fibroids. The dr said it might be dur from an infection but my swab came back normal. Is there someone in here who found out that they were pregnant after negative tests? My endometrium is 6.5mm in the scan.
