Bleeding during pregnancy?

So just last week I had my first two positives. Yay! But this week I've been really crampy and just feeling so bleh. Then I started having some brown spotting at first with some clots then it turned bright red and got heavy like a period... Thinking that I had miscarried, I took another test and the test looks like a VERY faint positive... What could this be?? It can't be implantation bleed because I had sex over 3 weeks ago...

I would test again in a few days, this will give the hcg in your body time to either rise or fall, seeing clots while bleeding during pregnancy doesn't sound good tho =(
