Question

Is Vitex shortening my cycles already???

I started taking Vitex on the first day of this cycle. A few days after my period ended I started having lots of watery and ewcm, which is really early for me. My cycles have been irregular and ovulation usually doesn't come around CD 20 so for me to have lots of fertile cm on CD 10 is different but good, I just thought it took a while for it to work based on what others have said!

I have Vitex and have yet to start using it partly because I am not to sure how or when to actually start taking it. I have very irregular cycles too this month 34 days, last month it was 28 days, and the month before that I was place on Provera to make it start. I will be following this question for more info on it.

My understanding is that it takes a few months for vitex to have an effect. Vitex is regulating irregular cycles and also lengthens the luteal phase. Best wishes.
