I'm taking the same. I'm also taking omega 3 fish oils heard they are good and also once pregnant very good for the baby. But take care to ensure that it is omega 3 fish oils and not cod liver oil etc which is bad during pregnancy. Also my doc has advised regular exercise and trying to maintain weight at ideal rather than under or over weight. Using an ovulation kit has also been handy for us as my ovulation date seems to be moving around quite a bit every cycle and just using an ovulation calendar would have made us try at the wrong times!!! Thanks for replying :). I will look into the fish oils & I have just bought an ovulation kit too ready to start as soon as af has finished. I have been using the calculator on here for the past few months but think I must be missing od. Baby dust to you too

Also forgot to mention hubby is also taking a multi vitamin. I hope all this helps and we get our bfp's soon!

i took pregnacare conception vitamins prior to getting pregnant and now on pregnacare that im pregnant. i dont know if the vitamins helped as i was trying for 4 years but it certainly didnt hurt and its recommended to take them before getting pregnant, i also used pre-seed lubricant to help the little swimmers out :) hope all works out for you xx
