Hey Friend! There are two possible reasons for this. One, yesterday your urine was a little more concentrated with a higher HCG level that the test was able to detect and today your urine was more dilute and the test wasn't able to detect. Option two, it's possible that you were pregnant but it was not viable and you are having a very early miscarriage, though this should also come along with some bleeding, similar to a period. I hope for your sake it is option one! Keep taking tests every day, and if it is, they should continue to become stronger and stronger positives! Good Luck!

I am going thru the same thing. I got a positive this morning but then retested three hours later and got a negative.

A third option to continue Kircarr's answer is that your hormone isn't going up steadily so you could still be pregnant but may miscarry. Honestly it is way too early to tell anything at this point which you are dealing with. Good luck!
