Twins or one?

Found out I was pregnant at exactly 3 weeks. 5 days later my hcg levels were at 1560... This seems high, could this possibly be twins? My levels are also doubling everyday rather than every other day.

My numbers were higher than that with both my singleton pregnancies and actually lower early on with my twins. The numbers tell you very little at such an early stage.
