TTC after ectopic

So, I had an ectopic at 2 months in December, and my fiancee and i decided it was time to start trying again around February (i had the all clear from my dr) but so far no luck. I know it's supposed to take 6 months to a year but I was wondering if Preseed might help that? Has anyone ever used it? Also any other tips for having a healthy pregnancy so soon after an ectopic?
