Headaches? First thing in the morning?

Is it normal, in early pregnancy.... When you wake up and sit straight up to get an almost instant headache? Normally, when my husband cooks breakfast I really like it and can eat it....this morning, when he cooked me breakfast, I couldn't eat it. I forced myself to eat a couple bites for him, but just couldn't eat it. For some reason it didn't taste the same as it usually does. I've got this weird taste in my mouth. I've been feeling nausea off and on, it's mild right now. I'm having to pee a lot more and I'm thirsty more than usual. Is all this normal? I'm not even very far along.
