I'm on my third cycle with clomid. I haven't had any side effects that I feel, but I'm on a pretty low dose (50mg for 5 days). Had 3+ good looking follicles this cycle. However, clomid has thinned my lining considerably. My doctor is going to have me add estradiol next cycle if I don't get pregnant this one.

I had a faint positive pregnancy test yesterday at 11dpo, but today it's almost non-existent. So I don't know if yesterday's test was faulty, today's test was faulty, if I'm having a chemical pregnancy, or if I just need to be more patient, or something else entirely.

I did three cycles of clomid 50 mg and nothing. My advise would be if it doesn't work the first or second time, discuss changing the dose to 100 instead do 50. It feels like I wasted 3 months on a dose that didn't work the first time or second or third. I am now taking 100 mg this cycle and we'll see what happens, prolly nothing but ya never know!

Hello! i have gotten pregnant on Clomid, but it ended in a MC, only bc of my condition, I was on 50 Mg when i got pregnant with my first and now i am on 100mg. clomid works and i to have not had any side affects! Good luck to everyone, praying for miracles for us all!

Thank you ladies for writing in! I have an appt tomorrow and my doctor will be prescribing clomid, really hoping that it works out for us.
