STABBED IN THE SIDE!

so yesterday (7dpo) I was at the bus stop with my hubby and I got a very quick very sharp stabbing pain in my lower left ab, it was so out the blue no warning no build up to it but over in secs, anyways it happen again later on while watching the snooker which I also bust into tears when Bingham won (very unlike me).
today (8dpo) feeling heavy and have a dragging feeling in lower tummy,
any1 else had anything like this?
