Can I be pregnant again 3 weeks after a M/C?

I had a miscarriage at 5 1/2 weeks and started bleeding April 12th hcg levels were 0 on the 14th. Took a pregnancy test today because my breasts were hurting. Husband and I agreed to try again after consulting with the doctor. Faint positive on all 3 of them. Could I have ovulated just a week after my M/C?

It's possible that you ovulated one week after the mc. Test again in a couple of days to see if the line is getting darker. Best wishes.

I actually miscarried and had 2 d&cs with it... And I got pregnant again it seemed like instantly after.. I'm pretty certain it is possible
