Could be a viral infection or a sinus infection (bacterial). With pneumonia you often see a fever. I would see a dr for proper diagnosis and treatment. Hope you feel better soon.

I had this a entire week before I found out I was pregnant. I felt fine in myself just was coughing up phelgm, I also had dry mouth alot too.

I would consult your doctor for sure. However, your symptoms sound more along the lines of a cold or allergies. Tis the season :-) Pneumonia generally would be more chest congestion, pain, low grade fever, colored phlegm, difficulty breathing or increased shortness of breath with movement. Again, always consult your doctor. A real one :-) Not Doctor google. Dr. Google will tell you you're dying when you get a paper cut.

I had what I thought was the stomach flu when I was pregnant with my son. I couldn't hold down anything. Went to the doctor and found out I was pregnant. Go to the doctor. Might be the flu????
