PLEASE HELP!!! PG or just late AF???

Today I am CD 38 and about 30DPO.. I had spotting around the time that implantation bleeding would occur and then nothing until it was time for AF and so I have been having on and off spotting, only when I wipe not anything in my underwear. It my CM has also been going back and forth between white and creamy with some in my underwear And then will go to watery with some spotting.. Not really sure what to think at this point. I have been using OPK's and had a positive one on CD 7... I have taken several pregnancy tests and just keep getting BFN... I don't know if I should call my Doctor?? Please help.. Need some advice..
