Bleeding on Cycle day 11?

I just woke up today, on CD 11 and went to the toilet and there was bright red on the TP. none in the bowl. and then it was gone. I feel pinching cramps near pelvis again. Very abnormal for me to have mid-cycle bleeding. My cycle last month was kind of bizzaro as well. Thought i was preggo, all bfn's. AF was a week late.
I was reading a little bit and i read there is something called ovulation bleeding?
I should be ovulating anywhere from now till 3 days from now, give or take. Is ovulation bleeding a good sign? Could it mean i have a better shot this month? or the opposite? has anyone had Ovulation bleeding and gotten pregnant that month? Should i see a doctor?
