Leukocytes

My husband has leukocytes in his sperm, and I'm freaking out. I didnt realize you could have chlamydia and or ghonnorea with no symptoms... Now I am worried maybe one of us got it from a sexual partner years ago and now we may have permanent damage. I always assumed if something was wrong down there there would be signs...anyone else have this trouble? Did it resolve quickly?
