Confused.com

Started spotting a week before my period was due after 4 day of spotting it got a bit heavier for 2 days then started to spot again yesterday stopped and started and today on and off but just wipe and there was nothing there check my cervix and it low and a little bit open wipe again and there is red blood I am due on tomorrow could this be af I have been feeling sick and pulling pain in lower tummy and other signs but I have an pain like period is about to show now ????
