Question

Help, I'm confused!!

Had 2 days positives on ovulation test. However my basal temp has remained low after. Am confused as to wether I ovulated or not. This is my first cycle after miscarriage. Is it possible to have ovulated even though my basal temp didn't go up?

The temps go up after ovulation because of the release of progesterone. IMO no rise in BBT temps means no ovulation. Positive OPK results are not necessarily followed by ovulation. Best to you.
