Is it possible to be pregnant and get periods

I had my periods slightly earlier this month. Im not sure if its my periods but it lasted three days and it was less than normal periods.
Im having pains at the middle of my stomach. I'm tired and temperature is high at some point. I feel mild nausea sometimes. Sweaty and sleepless nights at times. Had a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. I calculated my ovulation and it was around 31st March-4th April and received the bleeding on 16th April.
Help. Anyone going through the same as me?
