Dry skin on stomach

I've noticed my belly has been dry like flaky dry by my Belly button and below my belly button what is the reason for this ??? I'm only 4 weeks I'll be 5 weeks on Thursday

I get all sorts of things like this thru pregnancy, starting early. I find that I get covered in a layer of fine downy hair lol! Our necks broaden and so do our noses thanks to pregnancy! It all returns to normal one we give birth. Subtle things that no one else really notices but that all factor in to that 'pregnant glow'. :)
