Hcg level low, but up ttc

My DH & I are ttc. I feel like I am currently pregnant. 5 OPKs + after ovulation. 2 Equate tests faintly +. 1st blood test Hcg < 1.0. Week later (2 days after AF due) generic test faintly + and blood Hcg 1.3. I am currently only taking a prenatal vitamin. I am also 4 days past and still no AF.

I would ask your doctor if that is normal. They have an average range of HCG depending on when you got pregnant. If you are producing HCG you are pregnant, but I don't know what "normal" ranges are.
